I bought this 99 civic si automatic with 350000km on body and 145km on D16A motor

I bought it for parts but noticed underneath is really clean and not rotted out and still has honda windshield not broken or cracked

The bad:
Front bumper cracked where plates go
Needs alternator light is on
Scratches on right side fender, door, quarter panel

The good:
D16A 145km motor leaks oil from valve cover but starts and runs beautiful
Interior is clean
