1997 Honda civic cx h22 turbo - $5900

I have a 1997 Honda civic cx h22 turbo for sale, in Toronto - GTA.
Mileage: 264000km
Asking price is $5900
Just passed etest this week.
Hasn't seen a winter in 5 years, been in storage tossing money at it. I put this car together with the intentions of dusting all kinds of other street cars down at cayuga, or shannonville, never made it to the track, still needs to be dyno tuned, I have a good street tune on it now (keeping it under 5000rpm, 5psi). but to reach full potential it needs to be tuned on a dyno. This setup should be good for close to 500hp at the wheels on pump gas, or more with race gas and maybe some cams.
Not for comfort, just for going really fast and hear that awesome blowoff valve.

would consider a trade for a 2004 or newer sportbike. (only inverted front forks 600cc+)
engine: h22a4, darton sleeves, acl bearings, eagle rods, coated cp 9:1 pistons, stock rebuilt head, catch can with -10an braided lines.
3 angle valve job, skunk2 cam gears, new oem water/oil pump timing belt, manual timing belt tensioner, golden eagle intake manifold, 70mm throttle body, thermal insulating intake manifold gasket, euro R crank pulley, kaizen speed balance shaft delete, rotating assembly balanced at ontario crank services.
fuel: walboro 255lph, injector dynamics 1000cc, braided lines, golden eagle fuel rail, fuel lab mini fuel pressure regulator
management: hondata s300 with electronic boost control components, data logging PLX wide band, PLX egt. autometer boost gauge.fuel pressure gauge. omni 4bar MAP sensor.
turbo kit: synapse turbo h22 manifold, custom garrett t3, 67mm inducer, .82ar exh housing, .70ar comp housing, 700hp rated. precision turbo 750hp intercooler, 2.75" IC piping, Tial 50mm blow off valve, turbonetics newgen wastegate, 3" exhaust with vibrant ultra quiet resonator, big magnaflow muffler, ceramic high flow cat, all Vband connected. screamer pipe dumps under car.
chassis: PIC coilovers with drag racing spring rates (really firm) car is sitting as high as it can go on the coilovers. skunk2 rear lower arms, gsr disc conversion. rsx type-S seats front and back.
trans: M2F4, gearspeed syncros, Mfactory LSD, driveshaft shop 400hp axles, competition clutch stg5 sprung 4 puck, ACT lightweight flywheel,
