1995 Honda Civic CX Hatch Back

Stock D15 - Motor smokes a little when you get over 4000rpm.
Millage (200xxx - 215xxx) Cluster was changed and I lost count
B&M Short Shifter, with ploy. bushings
One rear 1/4 panel is bubbling bad, and the other is starting to bubble
Has 3 2/16inch holes in the passanger side of the dash where 3 gauges use to be
Bumper has holes cut out where JDM foglights use to be.
Tires are bald and one rear goes flat in a few days of sitting.

Comes with no front seats, no muffler, no cluster

The car is red with a black hood.
