WORKING A/C! Blows ICE COLD!
Here is a nice example of the original Japanese hot hatch, the Civic Si Hatchback, finished in the classic Polar White. This fun 3dr hatchback features a 5 spd manual transmission, with the multi-port fuel injected 1.6 4-cylinder engine. The body has 280K and the engine has 60K.
The interior is extremely clean; seat bolsters are in good shape with no tears, stains or burns. The centre console has been upgraded to an Integra armrest (which has been upholstered to match the Si seats) to reduce driving fatigue, plus it’s just so much more convenient for storage. It also features a power sunroof, with factory Honda deflector. Relax to the sonic sensations of your favourite music while driving with the Kenwood CD player, which has been installed for your listening pleasure!
The original engine was replaced with a 1.6 JDM SOHC – ZC swap done 20K ago, at which time the all belts including timing belt were replaced, along with the water pump. The engine runs great, and has plenty of power. The clutch was also replaced, and the muffler with the original Honda one-piece unit. This car has treated me exceptionally well, and I have taken very good care of it. It’s very clean for its vintage, but does have the typical Honda rust starting to show around the rear quarter panels. This car would be great for use as an economical commuter vehicle, or a fun occasional driver, and would need little cosmetically to make it perfect.
It has been my daily driver it for the past year or so, and has all highway miles since I have had it. The car’s under body is in very good shape, as the previous owners had it rust-checked on a regular basis, and I too had it rust checked in the fall of 07.
Within the last year the following has been performed:
· All four tires replaced with new Toyo Spectras – have less than 10K on them
· Front rotors & pads replaced with OEM Honda parts
· Both front upper & lower ball joints replaced with OEM Honda parts
· New radiator – new OEM Honda radiator hoses
· New alternator
· K&N drop in filter
· New exhaust mid-pipe
· New NGK spark plugs

Unfortunately, I do have to sell this fun little car, which has been adult owned and never abused. Finding a clean version of this car that has not been improperly modified, and with working A/C, is next to impossible, so here’s your opportunity to own it for $1600 certified.
