1990 Honda Civic HATCHBACK FOR SALE
Project car for sale as is. Honda Civic DX hatchback 1990 3 doors, gas 4 cyl. inline 1.5L engine, 230.000 km, automatic transmission. 4th generation Honda Civic 1988-1991.
Car is running. Project is not finished, is in the 2nd year stage. Reason for sale issues with the garage parking space.
Extensive body fix done by sheet metal brazing(Floor, back fenders, inner fenders, windshield frame, roof, doors, rocker panels, back lifting points and rear bumper mounting reinforced with thick plate). Car can be lifted now using the original lifting points. Gas tank sanded, painted and antirust done, the same for the gas tank hinges, plus the reinforcement with new sheet metal strips. Antirust treatment done.
New parts installed: radiator, some cooling hoses, windshield, windshield wiper linkage, back brake cylinders, brake bleeders, brake lines, brake master cylinder, right front bearing. Except the windshield installation, all the repairs were done by me, so no quick job involved. I have also some new spare inner tie rods, mounting fixtures, transmission filter, gas filter. Front calipers rebuilded. Throttle linkage cleaned, antirust done and greased, throttle and transmission cables greased, so no sticky gas pedal. Engine oil and filter just changed. Engine and transmission are running fine. Summer and winter tires set, plus 2 new tires.
Technical documentation, suppliers for spare parts and bills available.
Car is registered, valid plate, no inspection needed. I owned the car in the past 8 years.
Car need paint. I prefer to sell it to somebody who will finish the project not to someone who will sent it to the scrap.
