NOTE: Before reading any farther please note this car will not pass certification due to under body rust. If I had the time or the money I would get it fixed.

The good:
?? Short Shifter
?? Cold Air Intake
After market muffler
KYB-GR2 Absorbers, H&R Springs lowered 1.5" all around.
New front brakes
JDM front corner lights
Interior is decent

The Bad:
Typical Honda rust
Needs exhaust pipe from cat to over axle
No radio
Small rip in driver side seat
Small plastic interior piece broke but can fix.

Addition parts:
NEW stock muffler - not installed
Original Air Filter box

This car runs and drives like it just left the factory, the problem is the under body around the left rear wheel has got some rot. I'm sure anyone who knows sheet metal or has a decent auto body guy could get this fixed, but for me it's just not worth the time and money.

This car is being sold non-cert and non-e-tested. Mostly as a parts car or a fixer upper. A lot of the after market parts on this car are worth more than the car and I would hate to see them go to the crusher.

I'm looking for $500 or best offer and just want this car gone ASAP. Will also consider a trade of my car plus MY cash for a 92+ 4dr 5spd.

Car is located in Midland, just north of Barrie, willing to drive as far Barrie to show the car. Will also deliver if need be.
