Im hearing swaps for a dohc ZC are around 800-1000 and are damn good for the price...is this true guys?

yep...decent bang for the buck...but it will be mroe liek 200-2500 installed with the goods liek clutch timign belt yada yada

$600-$700 for the motor with tranny, if you do it yourself it will run around $1000 with a tune up on it and ****.
Usually shops charge roughly $1500 installed with the tune up meaning, new plugs,dist, wires, timing belt, etc etc
