z6 engine plan to rebuild, wer to go??

Hey guys,

Im planning to rebuild my z6 engine and build my bottom end with Vitara pistons and eagle rods(I have T3 Turbo installed). I went to this shop and he said it'll cost me $450 to rebuild my z6 head. I didnt ask how much to rebuild my block. Is this price look right to rebuild a head? I just want to know if the price falls to that amount. Thanks guys..

depends on what they mean by 'rebuilt head'... new valves, valve guides and seals, valve job, springs, retainers, etc.... or what?

well it depends if machine work is involved in that (checking the interference angles, re-surfacing, etc) If it's just assembly thats way too much.

Well i think checking the specs if its still in the honda specs. Acid wash, same internal components will use and assemblying components with the correct specs according to honda manual.
