Yokohama IC10 Quote, good or bad deal?
Hi All,
Just got a quote for 4x winter tire + 4x Steelies.
Tire Brand & Model:
Yokohama IG10
Size: 195/65R15 (Q rating Top speed: 160km/h)
Black Steelies: 15" 5x114.3 Bolt Pattern
Total w/ installation & Tax-in: $768.26
Is it reasonable or not? Please advise?
BTW, anyone used Yokohama Before?
I have Mich. Alpin Artic and Bridgestone Blizzark MZ-02 before. They both were pretty good...but not sure about the Yoko...
Thanks for your input.

But the 04 EP3's bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3 which is same as the RSX & Prelude.

I dunno a lot about Yoko snow tires, but I love every other tire from Yoko that I've tried. So you can't be going wrong... I recommend a good review search on tirerack.com as well as a price comparison. Then you'll know if it's a good deal!!
Last year ppl were getting Kumho KW11 for under $400 tires alone if I remember correctly, so RIMS AND TIRES for that price would seem like a great deal.

I changed my mind, I have ordered the Pirelli Winter Craving (Directional Tire) instead, it is a bit cheaper and the guy said is better for my situation...frequetly communting between Guelph & Sauga.
He showed my the Yoko...they look just like the Mich. Artic Aplin. Good traction but very noisy I found (I have the Mich winter tires on my Accord)

Mugen C, check your PM, I have a set of Michelin Pilot Alpin 2's for sale with 5 x 114.3 steelies.

The Pilot Alpin 2's are VERY quiet and have excellent dry weather handling as well for a winter tire without sacrificing snow/ice grip as well.
They are also H rated, so good to 210 kmh.
