Yet another rough idle question

Ok guys, did a quick search and I didn't see anything quite as similar to my problem, here goes:

When the car is cold and first started, the idle is rough, but once the car is heated up, it's fine or driving after starting when it's cold it's fine, just the initial start up. If the car is started after warming up, the rough idle is gone. Sparks, rotor, plugs and wires have all been changed, and all OEM.

Any thoughts?

I believe we checked the sensor. Wouldn't the rough idle happen all the time if it were the fuel filter

FITV...fast idle throttle valve under the TB will get it's inirds loose after time and need to be taken apart for tightening....symptom..idle will be high or all over the place with rapid fluctuations

Brian - can you throw a tester to see what code it's throwing? Makes diagnosis far easier.

Scanning for codes would be a good and easy start, but honestly, a lot of older cars run wierd when it's cold and trying to warm up. I personally wouldn't worry about it.
