The world of fluids

Just so I don't miss anything that has to be changed:

Transmission (I have an auto btw)
Brake
Oil
Power Steering

Anything else?

And also, what are the intervals?

Coolant is "slightly" important as well. (Note Sarcasm)
For service intervals, ask a dealer or "SEARCH"

I think the intervals are all 48,000 except the oil which is every 6,000 for most stock vehicles. For non-stock cars that can vary.
