Winter Tires!

I current have 205/50/R15 Pirelli P700 -Z tires, with 15" rims on my car. I also have a 2" drop on Eibachs (No coilovers :cry: ) Im planning on picking up tires from CT with those crappy winter rims. I went in to talk to them about sizing, and the first thing the said was that they don't do lowered cars. In my head I started to laugh. Anyways, im gonna install them myself; however I still need to know what size should be best for me, and what type I should get from CT.

My main thing, is that I commute alot, and I can't get stuck!! So what size do you guys suggest, and what type of tires would be best for my situation.

Oh yeah, if any of you are using Winter Tires right now, on a similar drop could you tell me what kind you guys are using?

I'd just get a set of black 14" steelies and 185-60-14 snow tires, that's what I run on my 5g sedan with a 2.5' drop... if your car is a 6g then the tire size is a bit bigger... like 185-70 or something... anyone?

i have 2 tires.....175/65/14 nordic icetrac for sale...Only tires
95% tread left and iam looking to get around 100obo.

i'm using motomaster ice tracs on my izuzu rims... they are 185-60-R14... and that is used with neuspeed race springs

Im picking up nordic Ice Tracs for a great price. 4 black 14" rims to go with it for also a great price.

CT made me go to 4 locations to pick em up!! I have to go tuesday to one all the way up north, because the stores in my area don't have the rims I want or they are out of stock and I don't want to wait 1.5 weeks to order them.

Anyways, ill get them put on the rims and balanced. When I get home, I will probably be putting them on my self. Is there anything I should watch out for?
