Will 40+ offset work on my car??
Hey guys wondering if 16X7 rims with a 40+ offset will work on my 98 civic si coupe?? the car is lowered and is going lower in the spring. I want to make sure they won't rub. If its not the right one the what should i be looking for. Thanks

yes, that's a great offset! it's ideal... but even so, when going low with an oversize tire (205/45/16) you can still run into rubbing problems, depending on how low you go. go for it, and we'll eliminate problems as they arise.

^ in that case ur speedo is gonna off by 11km ish. You should have gotten 205/45/r16 No rubbing
The tires that im gettin 215/45/r16 i took some measurements they wont rub either. even if you wannted to go with those.. wider is better if ur boosting
