Whining sound

Whining sound
Hey all, recently with this cold wheather we've been having I've noticed a whining sound coming from directly in front of the driver, in the engine compartment. This usually only happens when it's cold and the engine hasn't warmed up completely during acceleration.

any suggestions?

probably slipping belt. Either power steering or alternator belt.
