yep. Its not that hard, dont even need a spring compressor, and its still plenty safe. The hardest part is seeing if your LCA bushing bolts are seized. It happend on mine and I had to cut it off and put a new bushing on.

Bushings are like $15 from honda, and their bushing bolts are $8 or so.

i took my car to gilman auto....he quoted me $150 on the phone but only charged me $120 after he did it because he said nothing was seized. Then he charged me $60 for a 4 wheel alignment. He's pretty quick and does good work....pretty nice guy too. i'd definately deal with him again.

You shouldn't pay more than $100 for a spring install. My cousin has a shop in Pickering and could do it for that much.

yes..i love my car lowered, but now its costing me more than the $400 i spent to have coilz put on...my tires worn completly on the inside 'cause the alignment was off....since its dropped about 3 inch's...they cant align it properly...so i have to get a camber kit..which will cost about $1,000 installed...plus i just got my new tires today which cost $827 incl align (as best they could) ..so if you want your car lowered...be prepared to be spending money!!..for me this sucks cause i have a mortgage and other important stuff to spend my money on!..plus my wife isnt too happy either and neither am i....that's $800 i could've spent elsewhere!!!!!
