Where to resurface flywheel in Mississauga

Hey,
Doeas anyone know of a shop that can resurface my flywheel in the mississauga area. And how much does it usually run to do this?
Oh, and how important is it to resurface a flywheel?

PS: Where can I buy a clutch alignment tool?
