where is the PCV located

can someone tell me where is the PCV is located
My car is a '98 Civic SI Couple.

on the intake manifold, just above the oil filter. Its easier to get at if you take off the filter

How hard it is if i don't take off the oil filter?

It's impossible to get at it if you don't get off the oil filter. I have the same car as yours. And you'll have to get at it from the bottom of the car (hence taking out the oil filter). Good luck.
