where to get spoon big breaks

does anyne know a place in the gta where i can get a set of spoon big breaks?? and whats trhe minimum size rim i can run with the spoon rotors and calipers.

i thiink 16s... but its more a problem with the offset( i don't know if thats the term for it) i believe... i thinik its too thick to fit under the rim... you may need spacers... not sure, but if you have ever seen those breaks... they are pretty big... i saw an s2k with them.... just in the front though and he had spacers on... they looked dirt... blue calipers...

oooh, if you want cheap breaking power... i heard for the money you are going to spend on the spoon you could grab nsx calipers and its like the same thing... i dunno, could be wrong...
