I'd have to say that would be the worst idea.
First off, you need more than just a $15 egay chip to make it work in an obd1 ecu. And using a generic turbo chip has trouble written all over it.
What you really need is a custom program made using a wideband. Sure you could get away with just a basemap on 8 psi, but if you want it to make as much power as possible then get it tuned, don't just get a generic chip.
