where can i find a place that does this

You need to consider a few things when installing springs and doing an alignment.
First, I do not recommend coil overs, having owned a pair myself. Progressive springs are the way to go. If you're on a budget, I recommend neuspeed sport springs. They'll run you about $400, the best bang for the buck. For that price you can't find better, trust me. Eibach makes a similar spring, i believe they call it a sport also, but they barely drop the car, maybe an inch, and they cost more, and don't perform any better.
Next, an alignment usually runs about $120 for a lowered suspension, that is, done right at a reputable alignment shop. Done right, this means a camber kit. This, in my opinion is a must!
Otherwise you'll be wearing out tires every 3 months (driving normally), not to mention poor traction on the 1/4 mile. This will run you about another $400 installed.
As far as shocks, I am not of the opinion that you can get away with stock shocks, not for too long anyway. Might as well get them done or you'll be paying double the labour. KYB makes decent shocks at reasonable prices, about $115 each. If you're prepared to spend the money, then Koni shocks. DO NOT GO WITH TOKICO. (leaking pieces of crap!).
I know this may sound like a lot, but if you want it done right, and have the edge over the guy who's bouncing around in his rattle box, then this is the way to go.
As far as installation of springs, probably looking at 2 to 3 hours labour, at about $70 an hour.
