where to buy a battery

im having a brain fart and i just moved here for school.. wheres a good place to get a battery for my car besides crappy tire(who doesnt have a battery except at one store that is too far away)

wal mart has the cheapest bang for your buck batteries. energizer FTW!!!! and only like $64 or 70 dollars. in stock charged and ready to go!

cosco is aiight too, the kirkland batteries are made by johnston controls, the same ppl that brought the automotive world the Optima batteries... but more $$ and not that pretty to look at.

lol those energizer batteries scare me. i went ot one walmart in scarborough but they had non there aswell. guess i'll try a different walmart. anyone know if the energizer batteries are any good in winter?

yeah man they're just fine. it'll easily last you a good 5 years. don't sweat. in fact, I think my current battery might be an energizer... and I have an energizer in the other civic as well since my panasonic finally gave out after almost 8 years.

you can perhaps check with a honda dealership as well to see if they have some

i ended up going to partsource and got one for 70 something plus tax.

if you were a TCC member, you'd get a battery from the dealer (Parkway) for about $55 plus tax.
