The have it at the Crappy Tire near my house in Hamilton. I was going to pick some up, but then I saw the price. It was around $10 for one.

$10/litre is very reasonable. I pay $13/litre for the Motul 8100.

btw, does anyone know where to get barrels of Motul cheaper. I have seen it on the net for $10/L from BC, but after shipping it will be more money (if you can ship oil at all?)

motul is the best oil out there I use to burn gp 800 in my mx bike...the smell of it gives me a bonner to this day call them up to find distributers....ams is a weird oil...I"m not to hot on it....peopel used it for like 2 seconds in mx then it faded away and noone uses it anymore.....but you get what you pay for..peoepl that think mobiel 1 is the best synthetic are sadly ignorant, they think that **** is expensive well try getting real racing oil liek redline or motul

i understand that u get what u pay for, but i'm not doing any racing at all... so amsoil is good enough for me
and motul doesnt have 5w20 for my civic too

Leitner may have Amsoil....

now, has anyone used/tried/heard anything about ROYAL PURPLE?

dingus8 - you say mx used to burn oil, so I'll assume it's a two stroke.... I don't know, but I'm certain that what may not be good for a two stroke, can still be good for a four stroke. On paper anyways, Amsoil kicks *** all around.
