What year accord Shift Assembly will work ?

alright i have a 92 civic vx hatch i dropping a JDM H22a into it and i was woundering what year accord Shift Assembly i can use? 90-93 or can i used anything for 90 + ?

to my knowledge its just the 90-93... if you want a good person to talk to about the swap send a pm to cablerat though

Roger that.

90-93 Accord Shifter is the close enough to a prelude shifter. It'll bolt right up.

When you run the linkage cables, don't cut the hole too close to the firewall because you'll have too much of a bend in the cables. I'd cut it about 1/2 foot from the firewall.

You might be able to reach the tranny if you go under the steering column since your car doesn't have sway bars in the front. If not, your gonna have to remove it, run the cables then put the column back.

If you go thru the firewall itself, it would be better but would be harder to fabricate a piece to cover it up.
