What is wrong with my car?

I have a Honda civic. I recently (like last week) had the oil changed and four new tires put on. Immediately after having the oil changed I took a trip to Alabama (I live in Louisiana). It was roughly 900 miles, round trip. Driving to Alabama, the car drove beautifully; I had no problems whatsoever. When I started my trip back, however, about thirty minutes to an hour into the trip, my oil light came on. The temperature gauge also seemed to be moving up. I pulled into a gas station and poured more coolant into the reservoir. The remainder of my trip home, the oil light would come on, but go off when I pressed the accelerator and went about 15 mph over the speed I was at when the light came on. The temp gauge didn't give me any more trouble (but there was already coolant in the reservoir when I added more) also, I checked all of my fluids...they were fine.

Once home, my car ran fine, the oil light was still coming on and going off, but otherwise I had no more problems until now, four days later. I had already been running errands, with no problems and was making a second run for errands. Approximately five minutes after leaving the house, my oil light came on, the engine light (MIL) came on and the car just abruptly stopped working. My radio and lights still worked, but the car would not start. It makes a noise like it wants to start, but never turns over. I tried jumping the battery, but it still would not start. Does anyone know what this could be? And please don't answer me with "50 different things", I'd like to know about actual things that I could look for. The PCM? Timing Belt? Fuel Pump? Would a tune up correct this problem? I've always had a problem with the brake light coming on when I would slow down or tun corners...does this have something to do with it? Thanks so much for your help!

Brake light is on cause you're brake fluid is low. You'll probably need brakes as well, as they're most likely getting low if the light is coming on and off.

And judging by your post.. sounds like you're motor is seizing up and you need a new engine. Try turning the motor over via the crank pulley bolt, see if it's seized. If the motor is turning over slow like you stated, it's either a starting system issue (battery/starter/cable , etc) or the bottom end is seized.
