What would it take to add AC to 98 EK hatchabck

hey guys,
My friend has a 98 civic hatchback, I believe its a cx or dx model.
It came with a d16y...engine.

He wants to add air conditioning to the car,
what parts does he need? and does anyone have a DIY you can refer me to?
