all i can say is search, you can't keep putting up threads asking what parts are best to use.
Search, theres plenty of good info on this site, and others. Cheap and good don't usually go together when talking about suspension. |

Budget?
|
i would recommend
ground conotrol/koni yellow, omni power ty lite - lower budget buddy club n+, tein super street for nice ride, megan - mid range unlimited- ohlins, penske, aragosta. |
I'm using Tein Super Street.. Amazing ****ing ride....
|
by cheap I dont tink he means a 1000+ set up. everyting listed above will cost atleast a grand installed.
|
yeah my budget is about $1000. So tein street is good? i heard that coilovers give you more of a bouncy ride and just springs make it stiffer :S is this true?
|
Busted shock will result in a bouncy ride, because shock have lost its rebound ability and you are ridding on spring only. Spring compressed beyond its specification will also lose its rebound characterstic and therefore, you are ridding on shock only hence, harsh.
Coilover adjuster like ground control will tend to lower the car and therefore compress the OEM shock and wear out its life faster - hence, bouncy. |
GC + KYB AGX
|
I got OMNI sports and they are nice and stiff. wicked handling
|
Tein SS
or ground control cheaper you can even use AGX with springs |
Im getting some BC Racing VH Coilovers which are the same thing as the Megan Racing Street Series. I'm gonna get it for approx. $860CAD coming from the USA instead of buying it here for +$1300CAD.
BC Racing are the manufactures that make coilovers for Megan, Apexi, and some other companies. I think the rates are 6k in the rear and 12k in the fronts. I like good deals :) |

I have the Eibach Pro kit with KYB GR2's with polyeurethane bushings all around. For the money I spent I'm happy with the handling. Body roll is a thing of the past. Best bang for your buck IMO.
