what kinda sway bar???

i'm looking to get front and rear sway bars on my car. im thinking about a gsr 24mm for the front and not so sure on the back. i was planning on using a GSR 14mm but i think it's too dinky. i've read that if i go too thick and my springs are too soft, i'll put too much stress on the subframe and rip it? my car is lowered on the koni rsk kit and i'm just wondering which kit is good. i prefer the ST sway/tie bar combo atm because it seems to be the only kit that works with my stock lcas. as for the front i'll need new lcas and a gsr sway right? i have polyurethane bushings on my car and will i have to get new bushings for the gsr lcas? cuz if i can avoid that i will because i'll have to buy 2 sets for it. i remember when i installed them on my civic lcas the lca kit only came with the outers and not the inners. the kit that did come with the inners came with upper lca bushings which i didnt need but installed anyways. but yeah don't mean to get off track but i haven't seen too many koni rsk kit reviews and decided to give my input. they're great! the struts are set on max and i can literally feel every bump on the road but it's not to the point where it's uncomfortable. the kit also has a great feature that it has 3 presetted lowering settings so i can drop from 1.25 to 1.75. right now im dropped 1.5f/1.25r but im going to drop it another .25 front and back to close up the gap a bit more. overall it's a great kit for the price. rather than piecing it together myself i saved about 200 bucks..

the gsr rear sway bar is more then enough

you could just get the beaks kit and run an itr rear bar as well

well i'll need gsr lcas with new bushings for the itr bar right? im trying to avoid getting new lcas but if its honestly that much better than the ST bar then i might just consider it. anybody been in both and felt the difference? i have a gsr bar already but not installed. so gsr bar should be more than enough? i want something not too aggressive like the itr bar but something meatier than the gsr? or how about the comptech, how are those? with some sway/tie bar combo i dont think i need a beaks kit because the tie bar has beefy ends which can reinforce the subframe.

if i just run the gsr bar. will they work if i get omni lcas? and will polyurethane bushings fit those lcas?
