I'm looking to get LSD for my h22.

I'm not very familiar with the different brands and what not, so I wondering what other people's opinions are..

Cost wise, Less than $500 CAD.

Phantom Grip perhaps? Or maybe try to get stock H22 lsd?

phantom grip isnt' really even a true lsd

get oem lsd tranny...are the ratio's closer ont eh lsd tranny or are they the same..?? on that note what are the ratio's like for the h22 tranny's

sell your tranny adn get a lsd unit

Phanton Grip's should be banned! It might for awhile but then your gonna have fun picking up all the little pieces of what used to be your LSD

I sooner weld my diff than use a phantom...but.

Cheap alternative is look for the stock unit on eBay... there are usually quite a few kicking around. I picked up an LSD from eBay for $202 USD.

If you have any sort of power added, go Quaife. For that kinda price ($795 USD I think), it's well worth it to know you have a brand new peice that's track tested.

I have never seen a ZC LSD tranny.

I have seen a few Vti/VXi d-series lsd trannies.

From what I understand they are all interchangable with other d-series motors including SOHC and DOHC ZC..

I have one and it is auto..

Gear ratios are identical to the USDM/Can Si/EX equipped with D16Z6 (5spd cars) and so are the cases. To make sure you have Vti/VXi tranny check for P20/B000 stamp around the oil filler plug. LSD tranny will usually have stamp on LSD or RSD in ink.
gear ratios go as follows:

1 - 3.250
2 - 1.900
3 - 1.250
4 - 0.909
5 - 0.750
R - 3.153
FD - 4.250

I just want the LSD, not the tranny.. don't want the hassle of trying to sell mine after..

Didn't find any stock H22 LSDs online.. I'll keep an eye out.. no hurry since it's not driven, but would be nice cuz I can do everything before it becomes a daily driver again..

Would a B series LSD fit? Same shafts, considering I'm using B16(integra shafts)..

man why bother rippng yoru tranny apart to install a stock lsd...I"d either get a quaife or jsut buy a complete lsd tranny

true very true...cause shimming that **** is not easy!!...i can get u a quaife for a decent price..they are still pretty expensive considering...

yeah the zc's do come with l.s.d, but not all i dont think, i juzt piked up a zc tranny with l.s.d and shes wiked
