What I finally decided for my Suspension
After a lot of headaches and what not, I actually decided on the Tein SS system.. (thanks bruno for your advice) .. it's actually a RSX kit that includes the camber plates, and all I had to buy extra were tie rod ends for my car so it fits properly.. I was so intent on getting the Mugen kit, but for approximately $400 more I chose the Tein.. I now have the ability to adjust height, damper, and camber (for the front).. ride will be harsher, but hey, I gotta give a little for performance right? .. rusting won't be an issue like the old Tein's and well.
I think overall I should be happy

we'll see in a week!.. it's hard to say what's good or not when others tell you things.. and although I believe strongly in testimonials with certain products, I do think personal needs and goals are important as well.. at least this way I do have greater options.. plus if I wanted to sell this setup I could go sell to another ep3 or a dc5
thanks for everyone's input, I appreciate it
