Blues are like stock replacement shocks... spend a bit and go with Illuminas....

yeah, either way tokico blues and GR2's are good for stock replacement so you wouldn't of done any better with the GR2's......buy yourself an AGX or illumina, or if you have money then grab koni's............

all depends on the drop
ive got eibach sportlines and blues (1.8"drop)

and its a nice stiff ride, minimal bounce.. but i also have a light car which greatly changes the way a shock feels.

if you've got a 200lb girlfriend and a 200lb stereo, no shocks will be that great

it will be a decent setup, not the best, but way better than stock. I can vouch for the blues, im riding them with crappy coilovers (high spring rates) over 2 inch drop and they are still like new a year later with lots of winter driving.

The improvement was night and day, went from bouncy bounce to good tire contact and confident handeling.

Its funny how everyone who posted that those shocks suck have full true coilover setups or the top of the line illuminas. Not everyone can have it all. I think you will be very satisyed with that setup. It doesnt sound like you will be taking your car to the track, therfor you have no need for an adjustable strut. The blues will handel those springs very easily.

dont get me wrong, the blues are great for the money (same as GR2's almost) but theres a good chance they will blow after some time, my GR2's lasted almost 3 years with a 3" drop.........but the ride degraded over time until it was complete crap.........
