why big brake upgrade, just save your money and get SIR/GSR or if you want even better braking get CTR/ITR

wow those are cheap, who make's the rotors? I would not trust something that cheap, don't want to have a few track event's and them warping on me
his best bet would be just to get an SIR or GSR conversion front and rear disc's on this DX if he really wants better brake's

The SIR swap would be pretty easy, but I'd look into something like the big brake kit from that company above or one from http://www.fastbrakes.com/products/p...tnum=Civ11-OEM

This guy is running this set-up on tracks, and a lot of people here use the same thing.
11 inch is pretty big

hey freddie...... dude just get some bomb rotors and sweetass pads... you dont really need bigger ones unless you get above, say.... 250 HP.... i think stock sized, or maybe even SiR sized rotors would do fine

you mean: have you tried, anyway what setup is this guy you are talking about using
most people that I know use Brembo blanks and Hawk HP pads
well again the price is pretty good, my question has still not answered "who make's them" since you know what they are. And imo when something is cheap and other's are not their has to be a reason. Quality of the material, Durability, Fuction etc. Everyone has there own way of driving on the road or track, I'm a little more aggressive and tend to brake late and hard and with Hawk HP Plus pads it's going to eat away any poor quality rotor very quickly, which is why I stay with proven quality part's.

Upgrading your wheel from 14 to 17 inch as added enough unsprung weight to the suspension components. Do you really want to add more weight by using larger calipers and rotors?
If you want straight out bling, by all means, go for it. I am not gonna say it is a waste of money because if you like big calipers, why not? But if you are doing so to increase braking ability - which you will with larger kit - that's when I find it futile because your car doesn't warrent such upgarde with stock HP rating.
If your car is going to reach 160HP, then SiR set up should do the trick. 200, you can either change pads or use ITR rotors. Below 300HP, NSX should do the trick. These rotors are OEM from Honda designed for specific cars with specific HP rating, and they all fit under 15" wheels.
