What can be the problem when car can't start sometimes?
My uncle/aunt is having a problem with their 92 Civic.
They say that sometimes it can start and sometimes it cant. I've asked some questions...
Its random (usually in morning)
Its been happening for two weeks.

Well, does it crank and not start, or doesn't crank. If no crank...could be battery, wiring, or starter or related components. If it cranks, it could be either fuel or spark that's not there. I would say check the dist cap for moisture/ice. Check spark plugs and ensure there is spark there when the no-start condition occurs. Has anything on the car been fooked with lately, like timing belt or anything like that. When it starts, does it run okay? And if it doesn't start, and you floor it while cranking, will it start eventually. Flooring it (TPS at WOT) under 400rpm causes the computer to shut off the fuel injector to clear a flooding in the cylinders. If this is the case, it's just the goddamn cold. But I doubt this...

What do you mean passed...as in checked out okay, or do you mean passed...as in expired/no longer good. If there is no sounds, it may be the starter relay or a bad ignition cylinder/loose wiring. I'd get to the starter, remove the harness and check for power there, and work my way back...once you establish power at one point, it's the part that is between power/no power that need looking into.
