What is anti seize compound

...and what does it look like? I went to CT today and all I could see was stuff called white grease in a spray can and some other lubricants. Is that it? or is it something else?

no that's not it.. the anti-seize comes in silver or copper, in a white or grey plastic bottle. the lid has a brush attached to it.

Doesn't anyone use Google pics anymore?

Don't use your bare finger to apply the sruff. Use the brush that is part of the lid of the container.

(Bottle not exactly as shown.)

Do you need anti sieze when doing springs?
I'm doing mine this comming weekend, will I need this?

I'm guessing you put it on when re-installing bolds so they come out easy next time around?
