What is the cheapest place to get H&R sport springs and install on a 98 coupe? Best price i have is 400$ tax in. anyone better?

Try Speedtech in Scarborough. I got a lower quote than that, although that was awhile ago so the prices may have changed. Speedtech is at (416) 335-8388.

I got a $300 quote for H&R OE Sport from Psycotic Racing..

I called Psycotic awhile back in the summer, and for the H & R 's they were 280$ uninstalled. So I really doubt it's 300$ installed.:(
