there is tons, its just a matter of finding what you don't use and taking it out
a good thing to keep in mind, is to only fill your anti-freeze half way or less, in the summer anyway, you don't need 4L of it do you

you can take out the back seats, interior panels, passenger seat, A/C unit, Dash board, and so on and so on...look at drag cars, they are just engine, frame, and body, with a tiny *** seat in their for a driver,

I dunno... it's ghay how **** they get about what's 'legal' and what's not. But I guess that's the outcome of stupidity from teens who watch fast & furious too many times. There is a whole pile of guys in Windsor who race on the streets and do stupid ****.... I'd love to see them get taken off the road for good. I think their behaviour is dangerous and stupid. So I dunno.... I guess their heart is in the right place, but they go about enforcement the wrong way.

As for handing out tickets to cars with no interior, I am not certain on that.

Things you could remove/change to reduce weight:

1) Front of the car/ engine bay

-Engines that weight less to begin with, compare to other models
-intake manifold material
-exhaust manifold material
-engine mounts
-remove power steering (if you have it)
-remove air conditioning (if you have it)
-change radiator
-change radiator stay (as some brands claim to have lighter material for it)
-battery stay (see above)
-battery
-remove/smaller front rebar
-1 piece front shell OR
-CF/FG fenders
-CF/FG hood
-gut factory hood by removing under part skeleton
-use lighter 10mm bolts
-remove windshield wiper
-no winshield fluid/or very little (liquid is heavy)
-TI exhaust pipes/muffler

2) Body

-lexan glasses
-remove sun/moon roof (if you have it)
-CF/FG trunk/hatch door
-remove/smaller rear re-bar
-CF/FG door skin
-smaller/lighter side mirrors

3) Interior

-remove dash
-CF/AL dash board
-remove heater core/blower
-remove air bags
-remove front/back seats
-remove carpet
-remove sound detening tar
-CF/FG bucket seat(s)
-remove roof liners
-remove interior panels
-remove door panels
-remove power window
-remove power door lock
-remove spare tire
-cut away mounting metal brackets (for back seats, spare tire, so on)
-remove seatbelts
-roll bar/roll cage with lighter material

4) Suspension

-smallest wheel that will clear your current calipers
-forge 1 piece wheels
-forge 1 piece mag wheels
-AL calipers
-CF rotors
-lighter lug nuts
-AL suspension/shocks
-AL springs
-AL front/rear A arm
-AL spindles
-AL front/rear LCA

Now, depends on what your car is needed for, some of the parts you cannot, or should not remove. Things like heater blower if your car will be winter driven, sound detening tar to prevent water puddle/wet carpet to cause rust in the floor pan... etc. I am sure there are more things you can remove. The best way, is to take the car down to bare shell, then only add the parts you need back onto the car. That's time consuming and not cost effect for average folks out there. If you have a spare garage and two cars with one car to use all year around then you can take as much time as you like to do this.

is it really worth it to take out all that stuff? like ... say you take out otpional components you dont need (a/c, under hood ****, padding between bumpers, trunk stuff and so on)... if you go out racing and stuff and say u hit a little hole in the road or bump haha ur light little thing will go flying and theres gonna be nothing to wiegh you down.. unless you got a porker in the car in which case i advise to always pick up fat chicks so you will keep grounded ...
you could even make a little... err... somewhat little seat for her in the back so you got wieght in the rear and engine wieght in the front... even distribution

^ That's when 4 hood pins comes into play. Remove latch and cable all together to make it easy accessable for repair and engine work.

i think you should learn how to shape carbon fibre and rebuild your entire car out of it.

EVERYTHING should be carbon fibre... even your keys...
