water pump leak won't go away
i just installed a new water pump on my zc dohc as the old one was profusely leaking coolant. i just filled the rad up and it started leaking from the water pump AGAIN. im at the point of frustration that i can't think straight so any help woudl be appreciated.

did you scrape ALL of the old gasket material off the block before installing the new one?
Did you use a new rubber gasket with the new pump? And give it a nice coating of gasket maker on the rubber gasket? Are you sure you tightened all of the 10mm bolts that hold the water pump to the block?

i tried to scrape all of the old gasket off, but i was not able to see the entire mounting area on the block as there was a plastic bracket in front of part of the area. i did all of the other things though

Are you sure it's leaking from the water pump?
