VTEC SOHC converted to VTEC DOHC?

Ok, most if not all of you will jump right on this and tell me that it's a stupid question. If so, then fine.

I just picked up a '98 civic coupe Si, and it does have the SOHC VTEC. Down the road, I'd like to squeeze more power (don't we all) so I'm think about DOHC VTECs. IS it possible to convert my engine (1.6 single, VTEC) to a full blown 1.6 twin cam VTEC? In other words, a true B16A?

If so, what's the deal? Cylinder head swap? Would this screw up the timing?

Hey thanks!

SIR is heavily tuned in the factory for both performance and reliability. SIR vtec is tuned for race specs, not that easy to convert, if so many people would of done this along time ago. Honda did not just make cars yesterday, there are alot of people with experience, but yet alot of people tried. You might of gotten this idea from the mini - me thing, not the same. SOHC and DOHC is not just the extra cam that set it apart. Everything is different. Save up for a full swap or go bigger ...... B18 or H22 etc....... NSX.......type S ^0^ hehehehe........
