VTEC or non VTEC??? and WHY

VTEC or non VTEC??? and WHY
well guys i want your opinion and GITZ of all this VTEC stuff.
why VTEC??? why run a B16, B18C1/5 or H22
even though i have a B16a2 in my ride,
have any of you guys ever thought of a NON VTEC BUILD UP??
i mean high compression..???? blah blah blah....
not talkin about LS/VTEC or any Hybrids.
just talkin pure B18A/B

rthese guys are hardcore and pushing crazy amounts of HP in all motor trim...
now i want your opinions... would u or not do this and actually build a B18A/B
personally ive been in a B18B hatch with a ITR trany and i must say WOW.. it hauls! torque is what gets me nowadays!
im glad i have an Integra... hehe and maybe it might need a rebuild!

If I were building an N/A setup i would definitely stick with a vtec motor. For turbo i like the B18B and B20 because they have better torque numbers compared to the vtec engines and also u have less cam profiles to tune your setup for.
