get some Toda A's
but seriously out of the list you made out, I would suggest CTR if you want a little more pep, and if you want that same pep plus extended higher power in the upper band of your rpm get Skunk2 Stage 1's

you can run stage 3 cams on a daily driver with no issues provided you have the right tuning.
Tuning is essential when it comes to cams but if you aren't so keen on spending mad money on some stage 3's then stage 2's would be the most ideal situation for you
Skunk2 cams are like a good mixture of Japanese cams in my opinion, they have decent midrange and good high end power
Toda's are more about the midrange power which is ideal for daily drivers IMO, and JUN's are like high revving monster cams, but beware of JUN's as they've been known to snap every now and then.
If you want more mid-range and slightly more high end than your current GSR cams, but you don't want to spend over 1000 CAD then get yourself some CTR's. OEM goodness and all you need to upgrade is your intake valvesprings to the ITR/CTR ones. You can move your current GSR intake valvesprings onto the exhaust side and save yourself a little money there. Retainers would be nice, but not so much an issue and your current valves won't be much of an issue either.
Remember, upgrading cams isn't just the cams, you have to upgrade the whole valvetrain as necessary.
cams
valvesprings
retainers
valves
timing belt (upgraded when using stage2 or spec B cams at the least)
