I have used a Vibrant muffler now for three summers...

it is by far one of the best I have used. (my 3rd aftermarket muffler)

Nice stainless finish, nice welds, nice sound (aided by a resonator) and best of all....did not break the bank.

Well it's just that I want something quieter. I'll probably look at getting a custom cat back.

Anyways last time I checked I can get a vibrant exhaust for about $400 installed, is that cheap? It's like the HKS Fireball style.

Marty you paid only $300...., I thought you paid way more than that. Did you have the piping done?
Where did you have yours done? Something quiet, like your exhuast is what I'm looking for.

I've heard a vibrant exhaust, its not bad, friend had it on his 91 teg LS, he paid 300 bucks catback, so he got a good deal for sure... If you want something not as loud, I'd go for the twin cannister style muffler, looks great and doesnt have the Anthony style sound lol

try magnaflow, they aren't too loud and they sound amazing with that low growl type sound, a guy at my work has a vibrant and it's pretty loud.

I have a full cat vibrant exhaust on my car. same style as the Greddy Evo for EG's
its a great exhaust and has good high end with a 12" silencer on the mid pipe but its still quite loud as i drive every day and quite hard most of the time it starts to make some crazy popping noise :working:
BUT Vibrant carries many lines of exhaust with silencers that can be placed in the exhaust but that kills high end power....hope u find one soon.
