the venom 400 is a device that tricks ur ecu in believing that the accelerator is further down than it actually is. long story short: if u push the pedal to the metal, then the results will be the same. I've never heard of anyone having a venom 400 on a civic b4. i dont know how much of a improvement on domestics it does, but take my advice ....DONT BUY IT!
