Valve cover bolt Broken off in cylinder head!!!
 

OK to make a long story short, bolt a which is the exhaust side far left is broken off......any suggestions what i should do....can i drill it out and re tap it but then what will i do because it will be bigger then the oem bolt??? Help please

is it flush? or can you get some vise grips on it? If not.. drill her out

unbolt it and bolt in a new one...easy as pie

um well i would do that but its flush, im gunna try some easy out things.

try to drill a small hole in the center of the bolt and use a small easy out....thats your best bet.

try making a slot on the top of the bolt with a dremel disc, then use a flat screw driver (or ratchet with a screwdriver head socket) to back it out.
