does the vafc even work with my car?
or is there an advantage for me to get the safc or hks afc instead?

You have no need for a V-AFC.

If I was you however, I'd go standalone, not a piggyback system.

VAFC or SAFC will run you around the same price.
Basically up to you, which ever you find cheaper.

forced induction being tuned using a piggyback fuel computer is hard you really need to know what to do
spend the extra money get the greddy e-manage or if you got coin and time go with the aem ems with the wideband o2 prob is there arent many good ems tuners...but for the e-manage im sure you can find many premade maps from people on the net
