What does the vacum hose do that goes from the intake hose to the top of the Cam Cover? Do you have to have one? I have seen other Civics with a small K & N Filter on the Cam cover side, but what do they do with the intake side??

PCV - not emissions legal to have a little K&N filter as oil vapour and blow-by gasses from the crank case are not supposed to vent to atmosphere.

so, they put it back into the intake, to go back into the motor, so it like a circle of life, right?
