V-TEC controllers

I was wondering what kind of v-tec controller that you would recommend. That would be easy to use. How much of a power increase you would expect if tuned properly. I heard the Hks one was hard to tune so i was wondering what other kinds were out there. Thank-you

Apex'i V-AFC... this is a user-programmable fuel controller with a vtec control feature.... you'll need to get on a dyno with wideband o2 in order to tune it properly... gains will depend on what you've got done to the motor, and of course the tuner's skill level.
