Used Springs

I have been searching about lowering springs and pretty much decided that I want Tein S-Techs. I like that the spring rate is relatively close to stock and that they are guaranteed not to sag more than 5mm.
I have an opportunity to pick up some used S-Techs but the thing is that the seller says there is some rust on them. I have read on the net that this is common for s-techs but do you think it is a good idea to buy those springs in spite of that? Is there anyway to tell if they are real s-techs or not? Cause they dont say tein on them. The price is $100.

Also, if not s-techs does anyone have experience with H&R Sport or Eibach Sportlines? They would be my next option since the drop is similar. I see that for spring rates, Sport's are 330F/280R and Sportlines 310F/275R, how much more harsh will that be than the 235F/140R of the teins? (cause I dont want it too harsh) Also, has anyone with these springs experienced any sagging?

I have a 1996 Civic CX hatch on stock the 13' steelies with 70 tires.

I've H&R Sports on both of my Civics and I was very happy with them. Perfect height and the felt very good on the very crappy roads here in Hamilton. The set from my 98 Civic I recently sold after 3 years. They were a little rusty, but the person I sold them to is perfectly happy with them as far as I know. Your suspension components will get dirty and start to form surface rust eventually just because of our Canadian winters/salt.

H&R sports are very nice, the ride is still soft with them provided the shock is set soft. for stock i wouldn't recommend it since it lowers 1.75/1.5
