i had to get the shaft out... pushed my car across 4 lanes on hwy#6 dodging trucks at rush hour and got it to a shop just down the road. drove from west hamilton... almost near caledonia if anyone knows... about 15 mins off the hwy 6 south exit from the 403...

i brought it to teknotik and got their axle guys to take a look at it and since it was maybe 2 months old they just replaced it for me... eric took the drive down with me and everything... excellent experience...

just paid them very little cash to put it on for me with their wonderful air toolsand all is great now... finally... a week later a like 400 km of driving there and back and to scarborough...

well, more than likely it could be how low my car is sitting, it separated just at the hub... so that's probably what it was, but to be sure and i'm sure somewhat of a courtesy they helped me out... they've always been really good to me and help me out with whatever they can. i'd go back anyday...

well, all u can see were the two gears and they didn't look like they were in great shape... hard to see with all the grease in there. but that was also prob from trying to move it a bit... you could hear the clunking when moving forward so we moved it a few times forward and reverse to see what was going on. it would go forward just very slowly but made the clunking/cranking sound... could of just chewed it up from that.
