Type R Springs on an EG

Has anybody did this? Does it improve handling? What is the drop? I heard something like .75

Thanks in advance

The drop is minimal (about 0.75 inch) on an EK Civic so I would assume it would be similar on an EG. They are stiffer springs though, so you will get an improvement in handling. I'm actually looking into ITR springs or H&R OE Sport springs for my EL as I want to improve handling without much of a drop and both of these give about a 0.75 inch drop.
