what is the valve lash for type r cams in a 1st gen b16 head

These are the specs i use. Works everytime and has never failed me.

Intake.........................................0.0 06 to 000.7 - inches

exhaust......................................0.007 to 0.008 - inches


I always put it 2 the higher figures. Make sure the engine is cold before adjusting them friend.
