It could be with an aftermarket or a homemade kit. 
I just tried to check out his country honda web site. Since I couldn't read the website all I found to any interest was a CTR and a Sk2

If it's a "factory stock" Civic 1.6i, then the answer = "NO".

Or it could be the fact that according to his location, he lives in Belgium. Maybe Honda did offer a turbo over there. You clowns don't have to be so harsh on someone who may be from a different part of the world where the names of the cars and engines may not be the same.

No, Honda produced only two "factory stock" turbocharged gasoline-powered vehicles (Formula 1 doesn't count), namely, the Honda City/Jazz and the Honda Legend 2.0 V6 Turbo.

of course forumla 1 doesn't count because their engines are naturally aspirated

Now Formula 1 engines are naturally aspirated. But in the 80's they were 1.5L fire breathing turbocharged SOB's. Made something like 1500hp.

UK currently has a 1.7 Civic CDTi
The new 2006 UK Civic will have a 2.2 i-CDTi ver.
at least we'll get the R18

If you don't consider atmospheric pressure 0, then yes, you've got some pretty high poundage. Are you running 12's btw?
